Returns Policy

Returns Policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by purchaces from http://crowdedelevator.myshopify.com/ within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original state and product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just email carl@crowdedelevator.co.nz

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Partial Refunds
60% refund will be issued for the following items:
  • Most items that are returned more than 5 days after delivery
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods to request a replacement.
